Grilled Peaches 'n Cream TRISCUIT Topper

1 fresh peach, cut into 12 slices
24 TRISCUIT Crackers
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
24 fresh raspberries
24 fresh mint leaves
2 Tbs honey
Directions
1.Heat grill pan on medium heat.
2. Add peaches; cook 3 to 4 min. or until tender, turning after 2 min. Cool.
3. Cut peach slices in half.
4. Spread crackers with cheese; top with peaches, raspberries and mint.
5. Drizzle with honey.
Tips: Substitute a nectarine for the peach.
